We help clients customize solutions to their needs.

HOW WE HELP CLIENTS

Our consultants have experienced in a global engineering company specializing in the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors. We are able to offer a broad range of engineering and consulting services in multiples phases, including conceptual study, front-end engineering, and detail engineering.

We specialize in comprehensive Process Engineering Design, offering a suite of services across various disciplines. We deliver efficient, safe, and cost-effective solutions to meet the unique customer needs. Our expertise spans multiple industries, enabling us to handle projects of any challenge

HOW WE WORK

We adopt a methodical front-end loading design approach that spans from initial conceptual designs to comprehensive process engineering. This approach significantly enhances process operations. Our extensive range of services includes:

  • Design Basis Development The design basis is the foundational document that outlines the essential information needed to commence detailed design and engineering work.

  • Process Feasibility Studies The studies are intended to evaluate the viability of a project from multiple perspectives including technical, economic, and environmental factors.

  • Process Technical and Economic Alternatives Evaluations Assessing different pathways and methods to achieve the desired production goals.

  • Preliminary Process Design Packages
The conceptual ideas and the detailed engineering and design stages of a project. The packages compile all necessary early-stage design elements and information to ensure that the project can proceed smoothly to more detailed design phases.
  • Preliminary Capital Cost / Operating Cost Estimates Serving as a basis for financial feasibility analysis and decision-making. Estimation provides an early insight into the potential economic viability of a project before committing substantial resources to detailed engineering.

DETAILED PROCESS DESIGN SERVICES (BEP, PDP)

  • Process Simulations and Heat & Material Balances (HMBs)
Provide a quantitative analysis of the material and energy flows into, through, and out of a process. HMBs are fundamental for sizing equipment, designing utility systems, and evaluating the efficiency of the process.

  • Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) PFDs depict the primary flow paths through a series of equipment and processes, including major equipment, process lines, and the flow rates, temperatures, and pressures of streams that provide a high-level overview of the process.
  • Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
P&IDs are more detailed than PFDs and include all piping, valves, instrumentation, and control devices and used for the detailed design and operation of the process, serving as critical documents during construction, commissioning, and operation.

  • Design of Process Controls Specifying the control strategy for the process, including the selection and placement of sensors, controllers, and actuaries in order to ensures that the process operates within safe and efficient parameters.
  • Specifications and Listings of Equipment & Instruments Detailed specifications for all major equipment and instruments required for the process, including sizes, capacities, operating conditions, and performance criteria, which are used for procurement and installation.

  • Cost Estimates at Process Design Level Provide detailed cost estimates based on the developed design, including estimating the costs for equipment, installation, infrastructure, and labor, that are used for budgeting and financial planning.
  • Equipment Plot Plans and Layout Drawings These are detailed drawings showing the physical arrangement of equipment within the plant, considering operational, maintenance, and safety requirements and are used to plan the construction and ensure efficient use of space.

  • Drafting Preliminary Standard Operating Procedures Preliminary SOPs outline the operational steps and safety protocols for running the process for training, commissioning, and ensuring safe operations.
  • Sizing of Relief Devices and Design of Flare Systems The design and sizing of safety systems, such as pressure relief valves and flare systems, to handle overpressure scenarios and emergency conditions, ensuring the safety of the plant and compliance with regulations.

  • Detailed Design Support for Owner’s Engineering Support Provided during the detailed design phase to ensure the design meets the owner’s requirements and specifications, involving reviewing design documents, providing technical input, and ensuring compliance with project goals and standards.

We offer comprehensive Conceptual & Preliminary Process Design Services to lay a solid foundation for your project. We ensure that every aspect of your process—from equipment specification to control system design—is planned meticulously. Additionally, our Detailed Process Design Services take your project through to completion, preparing detailed layouts, equipment plots, and operating procedures to guarantee a smooth, safe, and efficient operational flow, fully ready for implementation and compliance with all standards.
